Join the Engineering Alumni Network for a free, family-friendly social event to kick of the summer!

Hike
9:00 a.m.–11:30 am 

UMD engineering alumni, family and friends are invited to enjoy a peaceful hike through nature at the Rachel Carson Conservation Park. The hike is approximately 4 miles with minimal elevation gain. There are also 1 mile and 2 mile loops available for those looking for a shorter hike.

*Maps and parking information will be shared with registrants closer to the event.

Brewery Social
12:00–3:00 pm

Conveniently located adjacent to the hiking trail, Elder Pine Brewing Company offers a unique and pleasant atmosphere: True to its name, the brewery is nestled amongst the pine forest, where you can enjoy a wide selection of brews on tap, premiere food truck staples, corn hole and more. 

Registration includes 2 complimentary drink tickets for adults (21+) attendees.

*Picnic tables will be limited. We encourage you to bring picnic blankets and/or camping chairs from home.
