All first year Smith Students are invited to learn networking and personal branding tips and tricks from former Smith Professor Jennifer Gershberg.
A dessert reception will follow Professor Gershberg's Session.

Jennifer Gershberg is a distinguished educator and speaker. She has many years of experience as a college professor, having taught Business Law and Business Ethics to thousands of undergraduate students at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Jennifer is a multiple-time winner of the Distinguished Teaching Award and the proud recipient of the 2020 Allen J. Krowe Award for Teaching Excellence.
Jennifer's eight years and thousands of students as a professor at the University of Maryland inspired her to launch JG Talks, LLC. Through JG Talks, Jennifer deliver talks to groups of high school and college students on topics related to students' academic and professional success. Her goal is to help students develop the competencies they need for success and authentic confidence.
